CB200 “Shotgun” June 15, 2015 – Posted in: Bikes2
This is our first full-on project. It was finished in 2011 and is still with us. It’s a cb200 with a cl200 exhaust system.
We modified the frame with new shock mounts and heartshaped triangles in the subframe. Everything was done in-house.
The rims are from a Derbi Senda moped and the front brake and clutch were both upgraded to hydraulics.
The wooden fenders are also made in-house by using 3 layers of thin wood, flexed overnight over some old bicycle rims with rathetstraps and epoxyglue in between the wood.
The bike was Jene’s daily until she found it to slow and upgraded to her new daily, the NX650 which is also filed under
“bikes” here.
